Posted Sat Jan 19 5:22AM | Off to the city today for a Health, Fitness and Lifestyle show. Never been but got free tickets so will enjoy an afternoon of roaming around the show. My training will be watching people train today |
Posted Sat Jan 19 6:39AM | Funny Rye, my training today is watching the little guy play with his trains. |
Posted Sat Jan 19 7:00AM | Kieran, ein Gläschen Wein zuviel, very good.
My training was an hour of fast walking in the snow, we have real winer here, which is very nice. Sometimes, winters pass by without snow, or just a little bit. |
Posted Sat Jan 19 10:01AM | Kieran, it has been surprisingly not so stressful. Amusing at times and a little stressful at others. The previous tenant had a serious lack of cleanliness issue and the resulting problems were not fully resolved before we moved in though I don't think management was aware the problems still remained..and we have no heat. The furnace is broken an it has been one of the coldest weeks in San Diego history. Management gave us some space heaters but the keep bloeing the electrical circuits.Movers come tomorrow so finally, after 3 months of living out of boxes we will be able to settle into a place. |
Posted Sat Jan 19 4:57PM | Kathy, I hope you settle into your new life soon.
My training today consisted of getting on the floor to shoot a lovely model.
It's a dirty job but someone's got to do it. |

Hey, Micah, keep me informed on your Oregon plans. It's close enough that if things worked out I might try to hop down there and say "HI". Also if you are interested and have the time Seattle isn't far away from Oregon. I can definitely understand the avoiding the hassles by going somewhere else idea too.
I'll +1 that, too, Micah, although, I don't think a trip down to Oregon will be in the cards for me...June is a crazy time, with the end of school, and Little League baseball tournaments starting to kick into gear. But, if y'all decide to migrate a little further north, like Steve suggested, that could work.
And, yeah. Sounds like a good time to get out of Dodge... |
Posted Sun Jan 20 6:23AM | Can it be possible I woke up (and was lucid) before Ryerson and everyone else today?? If so, see y'all later. Rest easy, you've got a lot of time later to waste here. |
Posted Sun Jan 20 6:24AM | No, i am already up for hours, just did not know what to write. |
Posted Sun Jan 20 6:34AM | Me too Silvia. Been working out, going for a walk soon. |
Posted Sun Jan 20 6:50AM | Have not been working out, it has been snowing in the morning, will be off to a nice winter walk, too. |
  Posted Sun Jan 20 6:56AM |

Sounds like it could be the title of a reality TV show that at first glance you're afraid might be sketchy, scripted and too much of a stretch - but which you have to watch for a few episodes just in case it "works". |
Posted Sun Jan 20 8:12AM | All reality shows are scripted, there is no such thing as a reality show Could make a nice mini seriers though Ted. Come watch. |

thats the sort of food i eat but without all the exercise
if it hadnt been so icy i would have walked 4 miles to my Mums today, it takes me 1 hour....and i walk with a limp, is that a decent time i arrive quite hot and sweaty |
Posted Sun Jan 20 8:28AM | Susan, 4 miles per hour is a very fast pace, good for you. You burn about 300 calories. |
Posted Sun Jan 20 8:35AM | Just coming homing, have been walking about an hhour, but do not know how many miles or kilometers i made. Have been rather slow today, due to an icy wind. But feeling so much better nor, after getting that much oxygen. |
