I got a few GI sales, one for $17, the rest for $2 or less.

No GI but I just got my 2nd ever EL ... a very nice figure of 45.50 .... how many RCs do we get for an EL again? I have no idea what size file that was for ...

Spent all day in the crossfit gym - shooting a challenge competition. Glad I was on this side of the camera!! Now have way too many photos to work through, but it was a fun day.

Sounds great Ted. I always tell people that I bought a camera so I could be behind it rather than in front.

Only one GI sale, a bit of a disappointment, but as it was nearly $50.00, I guess I am lucky....I guess. I will admit to the best week in months, if not in the entire last year, not by much, but an encouraging sign, but only if it lasts. Not too much to brag about, but a very slight glimmer in a very sad time.

Thanks Rye, we didnt celebrate, I was too busy packing and repacking stuff and reorganising it ... huge job trying to reduce volume and reduce cost of moving.

No stock Wendy. Poor light so the lowest ISO is probably 1250. No problem - I had no intention shooting stock today.

Well we just found water in our closet. It's coming from the hot water tank on the other side of the wall. So rather than editing pictures tomorrow looks like I'll be putting in a new hot water tank. Fun stuff. Just what I wanted to do on my weekend.

Steve that is really bad luck, hope you discovered the leak early so there was no structural damage to the house.


Ted, don't worry too much about ISO with the MIII. This is one of my Bangkok market images with ISO 1250 accepted.

Ted you may be surprised!


Mike I agree I wish I had some editorials to upload but cant edit anything at the moment. This laptop monitor has a colour cast I cant get rid of so I end up getting excessive rejections.

Wendy - you ok in that Queensland weather?

I should have been clearer and said "minimum 1250 ISO with most of them at 1600, 2000, and 4000". They all include many spectators (dozens in most cases) who I couldn't even try to get releases for. It's an indoor gym - easily recognizable by anyone who has been there. So I'd need a property release if editorial (I tried last year with a couple from the gym as editorial and they didn't fly because of no prop release). They'll look reasonably okay on SmugMug and Facebook, but believe me, they aren't stock, and I won't be trying to make them magically become stock. Not worth the time.

Did I mention dozens of logos and brand names on every single piece of clothing on essentially every single person in the room?

Yes we are Craig, I am in Brisbane at the moment and its blowing like a cat 1 cyclone out there. It's unbelievable. More tornadoes than I have ever heard of before ....


I have stuff outside that I should be securing and cant put it anywhwere ...
