Dogs are hard. The absolute love and dedication most give - joyfully and without reservation - sometimes comes at the cost of so much agita. Hoping your pooch is just a little down, but not out, Dawn. That price/cost/value dilemma is so often a Sophie's Choice-ish dilemma. Her choice (Sophie's) was obviously impossible. But even at this level, these choices/decisions are never easy. Hoping it doesn't come down to that this time around.

Sorry to hear about all the pup issues, hope they feel better. I wish your dogs best of luck and quick return to good health, sorry I know the outcome of eating underwear it's not funny but picturing the underwear sniffing dog followed by ingestion kind of is lol...sorry you can give me a cyber slap |

Posted Thu Mar 14 12:39PM | No! I'm staying completely out of this underwear!!! ...er...discussion. |
Posted Thu Mar 14 12:43PM | ha, Steve, yeah I totally panicked when I realized I didn't change out the img number on code I borrowed from Dieter.
Silvia, got your mailing address, thanks
Micah, we got the list of things, he's rubbed down with lavender & coconut oil and sitting in a room with me and vaporizor with lavender oil around his neck. Ha, I hope it doesn't make me too sleepy. He had a little smidge of peanut butter to get the immodium down and we're cooking the chicken and rice. Thanks so much for taking the time to call. I'm so glad we had shared phone numbers for lypse
lol, my only experience knowing what the dog ate was a blue magic marker when he was a puppy. It didn't seem to hurt him but it made it easy to find the poop in the yard
thanks everyone for the support, I'll keep you updated on ze Basso doggie. |

Dawn! thanks for the update, I feel inspired by whatever it is you're doing. I would LOVE to know more as I think it's likely that there are similiar changes going on for me or ones that I'd like to make. I hope your pup feels better too! Projectile stuff out of both ends is no fun for anyone! I love that he's rubbed down with lavendar and coconut oil!
Here's my first sale of the day! I got to photograph her again a few days ago in the snow too!

Like someone said dogs eat a lot of different stuff in those crazy moments of exitement....lol
Dawn, that was truly a magic marker, now you see it, now you don't, later you see again wondering if that was it, but the color did match
Nice shot ParkerDeen. |
Posted Thu Mar 14 4:10PM | quick doggie update - he's been relaxed and calm for more than an hour. No potty breaks. He ate everything easily except the tryptopham. I gave him half a capsule of powder mixed with banana after checking to make sure a banana was okay for dogs to eat. I ended up having to add peanut butter to that too. He's a peanut butter junkie! Everything's all natural, nothing with too much salt or any preservatives.
the lavender oil is making me sleepy too |

Who could blame him. I won't eat anything I can't pronounce either. Well, I won't knowingly eat anything...oh, whatever!
Glad to hear he has calmed down. |
Posted Thu Mar 14 4:22PM | For me whether I can pronounce it or not has little to do with my dicision to eat something. It mostly has to do with whether it is moving or not. |

My dog loves banana! But then again my dog eats almost anything.
First and only dl of the day.

Dawn, so happy you are having a good time in your life and naturally curious to hear all the details.
Back in Sweden but my suitcase is lost along the way, hope it turns up, I do have some stuff I need in it. Also some very nice Thai chili sausage which might not be so good or heathy to eat if it stays too long in the suitcase. 2 am, but as it is 8 am in Thailand I can't sleep and might as well catch up on the forums. Still some snow in Sweden and cold nights, just now -8°C (≈17°F).
Off to Germany for my friend's funeral on Sunday, just a brief visit, have a couple of doctors visits next week, among them one to the ear-doctor for decision if I am getting surgery.
This is my first DL for Thursday, an XXXL. This image has sold well (79 times) in spite of there beeing more than 2000 Taj Mahal on iStock. Have hesitated to put in in E+ for that reason.

Posted Thu Mar 14 7:31PM | I agree Chris. There is a nice mystery to the second one and I like the overall composition better...not that I am an expert on these things or anything....just appreciating the view! |
