I sold a large dollar bin image yesterday (4 credits) to a subscription buyer, but only received one credit worth of royalties ($.38). It appears to me that subscription sales haven't been updated for the revised 1-2-3-4 dollar bin.
The missing $1.14 won't change my life, but I'm curious if others have seen this or if it's an isolated error.
(btw...I did sent a note to contributor relations notifiying them of the error)
I just checked a few subs sales I had in the DB and they are all having the right royalties according to size.
But I remember that ongoing subscriptions from last year also were still able to buy large at 10 credits as the signed up for when they bought the subscription. So this might be something similar. But you will get your answer from Contrib Relations for sure.
