How Do Prepaid Credits Work?

Load your account with Prepaid Credits and download files as you go. The credit cost of a file will depend on its size, format and what collection it belongs to.

How long are my credits valid?

Prepaid credits expire one year from the date of purchase. You can check your daily Subscription credit balance in the menu bar at the bottom of every page under 'My Account'.

How can I use iStock files?
