4.0 - Final Audio Submissions

Once your application is accepted, you may begin uploading your audio for sale. Audio tracks must be entirely unique creations, including loops mixed together to form more complex songs. For copyright and trademark reasons. All musicians, producers, performers, audio engineers, lyrical or musical writers, or other personalities involved in the project including you the contributor need to sign a release form.

All work that you submit must be your own unique creation, as described in the "What to Submit" section above. All loops must be created from scratch, and you need to be the owner of the original source material.

Start by uploading the .wav file. Make sure that the audio is an uncompressed .wav file 16bit - 48khz or 44.1khz.

You can begin upload process by clicking the upload link from the iStock home page, and then selecting the 'Audio Upload' button. From there you will be able to choose your file for upload, and by clicking proceed the upload process will commence. Depending on your connection speed and the time of day the upload may take some time. From there you will be asked a series of questions, and be prompted to fill out relevant information for the audio file (key, tempo, keywords, etc.).
