Legal protection is very important to the iStock community and should be adhered to as closely as possible. As a flash developer uploading your images to iStock, you will find that our inspectors do not accept files that contain:
logos, trademarks, company names, product names, product brands or trademarked and patented designs
most modern toys, many brand name watches, brand name computers and other licensed products.
Modern maps, documents where names are mentioned, computer screens (interfaces and icons are copyrighted).
Traced illustrations based on stock photography, fashion editorials, etc. for which do not own the original copyright.
Agency insignia, military decorations, golden eagles and Presidential seals.
