Description

The bees in this apiary are making the most of some sunshine in mid February, 2014, which is extremely early in the season. Multiple loads of bright yellow pollen are clearly visible – the bees are foraging on 'lambs' tails, hazelnut and early flowers – the only ones in bloom at this early time in the year.
