Jiangxi, China - November 03, 2012: Colour photograph of an old local Hakka woman sorting through seeds outside her house located in one of the the fortified Hakka/KAjiA village located in Longnan county Jiangxi Province, China. It is also known as Kansai Hakka Wai Wai tourist attraction and is a national AAAA level scenic area. It is thought to have been built during the Ming and Qing dynasty. The Hakka people are a group of Han Chinese who originated from the North and fled conflicts and persecution they spoke the Hakka language and have historical inks with Guangdong, Jiangxi, Guangxi, Sichuan, Hunan and Fujian in China. In the picture the The old woman is wearing a traditional head scarf and is sitting near two turquoise doors, one is closed and the other open, there is a red bucket to her left and two hens in front of her.
