A Sub-Account can pull credits from your Corporate Credit pool. You get to choose how much they can use on a monthly or fixed term basis. A monthly limit will ensure that every month, a Sub-Account can pull a set number of credits from your Corporate Credit pool. A fixed limit does not reset the Sub-Accounts usage when the new month begins.
The Subscription plan limit works differently than the Pay-as-you-go limit. The daily amount of credits for your Subscription plan is shared between all users. You set a limit on how many credits the Sub-Account can use from the daily Subscription pool, there are no monthly or fixed variations. Instead, your Subscription credits replenish daily for the duration of the plan (e.g., 3, 6, or 12 months).
You can always get the Extended License or file you need with Top-up credits, in case you surpass your daily limit. Top-up credits last the length of your Subscription. You can give Sub-Accounts access to Top-up credits when they are actively using a Subscription; just click the Allow user access to Top-up credits button. You can buy Top-up credits here.
As mentioned before, to control your Sub-Account's consumption of credits from your credit pool, you can set limits for them. These limits give you flexible control over how you want to distribute your credits throughout your network.
