Description

The Arbatskaya metro station on Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line, Moscow, Russia.
Arbatskaya Moscow metro station was commissioned April 5, 1953. The station is located between the stations of Smolenskaya and Revolution Square and is part of the Arbatsko-Pokrovskaya line. Station owes its name to Arbat Street.
The walls of the station lined with black and white ceramic tiles of, and the floor is paved with gray granite slabs. The pylons are faced with red marble and decorated with ceramic bouquets. The station is illuminated massive bronze chandeliers made in the form of rings.
