Baltimore, Maryland, USA - December 15, 2012: View of part of the Bromo Seltzer Tower located at 21 S. Eutaw Street in downtown Baltimore. It was designed by Joseph Evans Sperry and built by Captain Isaac Emerson 1911 and was the tallest building in Baltimore at that time. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Emerson was the inventor of the headache remedy Bromo Seltzer. It is now a space for artists. At night an eerie blue light shines from the top except for when the Ravens, Baltimore's football team, are in town. Then the team's color, purple, shines from the tower.
