Variaty of cactus found in Central México. There are two identifiable species in the picture: Pachycereus marginatus, also known as Central Mexico Organ Pipe, and Opuntia ficus-indica, best known as Prickly Pear or Nopal, a common ingredient in mexican cuisine.
