Birmingham, UK- May 26, 2013: This is the centre of Birmingham, the second largest city in England. This is a view from the James Brindley Walk which is the towpath alongside the Birmingham Main Line Canal on the Birmingham Canal Navigations. This whole area has been redeveloped in recent times and is now a popular area for people to visit in a social setting. There are narrow boats moored alongside and on the water and people and tourists walking along the towpath and visiting the attractions alongside the canal. It is a Bank Holiday weekend in late Spring / Early Summer and the sun is shining. There is a boater driving and steering a narrow boat and barge along the canal.
