Description

Carrie Furnace on the Monongahela River outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Carrie Furnace is an old blast furnace and was once part of the Homestead Steel Works. There are plans to develop the area around the Carrie Furnace and maintain the structure as an integral part of the development. Photographed with an iPhone and processed in instagram.
