A massive wall of 100 million year old Cretaceous Ripple marks stand in the Dakota sandstone in Golden, Colorado. The ripples were made by gentle currents and waves in the intertidal zone along the Western Interior Seaway. Now the ripples are part of just north of the nearby dinosaur tracks in Morrison, Colorado.
