Apartment, Built Structure, Capital Cities, Famous Place, Riverbank
Prague, Czech Republic - October 22, 2012: The Dancing House also known as the Fred and Ginger Building is situated along the riverbank in Praha, Prague. The building stands out amongst the traditional Baroque Gothic and Art Nouveau styles of architecture in the immediate area because of its twisted shape. At the top is a shape made of twisted metal known as Medusa. It was designed by Vlado Milunic and Frank Gehry, controversy surrounded the building when it was completed in 1996, but it is now accepted as a valued addition to the Prague Cityscape.
