Description
Drena Castle is a typical medieval massive building, guarded by two rows of walls and perched atop a rocky cliff in a dominant position. Built during the twelfth century, the castle dominated the communication route between Trento and Lake Garda and its strategic position was the subject of continuing strife in the Middle Ages.
