Saonara, Italy - August 15, 2012: Part of an old Fordson (model Major Diesel) agricultural tractor engine. This is the Simms fuel injection pump. Fordson was a brand name for all purpose tractors from 1917 by Henry Ford & Son. In 1920 it was merged into the Ford Motor Company. The model Major Diesel was powered by a 4 cylinders, 199 cubic inches, 69 hp and was first introduced in England in 1945. Shot during an exhibition of agricultural machinery in a country festival in Saonara, Padua province, Italy.
