San Francisco, United States - June 22, 2013: One of the approach arches of the Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco, California and the upper storeys of Fort Point with a small lighthouse. The bridge was opened in 1937 after four years construction. Fort Point is a coastal fortification completed just in time for the American Civil War by the United States Army, to defend San Francisco Bay against enemy warships. The lighthouse, completed in 1864, was decommissioned on completion of the bridge which rendered its light invisible in a northerly direction. Unidentified visitors.
