Description

Grace Cathedral is an Episcopal cathedral located on Nob Hill in San Francisco. Its first chapel was built in the gold rush year of 1849, with the remainder of the structure following. Fire destroyed it following the 1906 earthquake, and so it underwent reconstruction. It contains impressive windows, altars, labrynths, mosaics, bells, organs and a mens/boys choir. Window facade abstract from a less photographed side of the church. San Francisco, California, 2012.
