Chichester Harbour, UK - September 8, 2012: The location is Chichester harbour, a large port, harbour and marina for boats situated several miles inland from the sea in a safe haven. There are moorings for motor boats, large yachts and smaller sailing dinghies. These moorings are used by the boat owners and tourists who use them. They sail down the tidal river estuary to the sea and then sail back later. It is a warm sunny afternoon in early September. This shows the lock gate that allows boaters out of the harbour and into the estuary to sail down to the sea.
