Description
Detail from the stunning Plaza de Espana in Seville, Andalucia, Spain. The plaza was designed by Aníbal González for Seville's 1929 Ibero-American Expo in a style that has become known as Andalusian regionalist because it employed a mixture of architectural influences from the past, including Renaissance and Gothic. As shown here, it contains a series of magnificent Spanish glazed-tiles with one amongst many shown here, here featuring Spanish royal heraldry. Good copy space.
