Portsmouth, England - November 1, 2012: The Royal Navy’s ‘HMS Dauntless’ (D33) moored at Portsmouth Naval Dockyard. ‘Dauntless’ is a Type 45 Daring Class air defence destroyer commissioned in 2010. In the distance on the left the US nuclear submarine ‘USS Hartford’ is moored and to the right part of ‘HMS Victory’ can be seen, dismasted during an extensive refit. A police boat patrols the harbour to guard against closer access to the military vessels. (Background people.)
