'Homemade brown sugar Scottish shortbread bicuits. If you'd like to make these yourself, here is the very simple recipe:4 Cups white bread flour2 Cups butter1 Cup brown sugar (packed)Cream together sugar and butter until thoroughly mixed. Add flour and work into a smooth dough. Roll out on lightly floured surface until about 1/4 inch thick. Pierce with a fork and cut into shapes. Transfer to ungreased cookie sheet, and bake at 375 Fahrenheit for 20 minutes. Allow to cool. Enjoy!'
