Description

A cityscape view of Lower Manhattan looking over the East River from the DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. Seen in this view is the 1883 completed Brooklyn Bridge, the 1912 Woolworth Building (at the right), once the tallest building in the world, the new 76 story Frank Gehry designed high rise at #8 Spruce Street (New York by Gehry) and to the left of that, is One World Trade Center (once called The Freedom Tower). It is now unfinished at nearly 80 floors high and is further west of the others buildings so it seems lower from this perspective.

The skyscrapers of the financial District of Lower Manhattan are seen at the left of the bridge. New York City.
