Description

'This is a photograph of the Orb Web showing the detailed markings of the web pattern that the Cross Spider follows in its weaving process. Upon completion this web is 13 inches in diameter. The spider's body is 1/4 inch with a leg span of 3/4 inch. This photo also shows me int the background photographing the spider while in action. It takes about 60 to 90 minutes to complete the web. Inspector, I photographed this with a black background to catch the light and detail on the web and less detail on the spider.'
