Subject: Vertical close-up of some of the Garyukyo (lying dragon bridge) stepping stones across the Seiryu-ike (blue dragon) pond in Naka Shin-en, the middle garden of the Heian Jingu Shinto Shrine gardens, glistening with puddles after a rain. The stones are made from pillars of 16th-century Sanjo Ohashi and Gojo Ohashi bridges that once spanned Kyoto’s Kamo-gawa River.
