Cave 4 at Qumran, Israel, the most famous of the 11 Caves in which the Dead Sea Scrolls were found, yielded over 15,000 fragments from over 200 books. One of the most significant archaeological finds of all time, the Dead Sea Scrolls, dated to around 100 BC, include copies of every book in the Old Testament except Esther. The copies are virtually identical to the Bible that we have today demonstrating the accuracy with which the text has been transmitted from copy to copy over 2 millennia.
