Description
The rotunda of St. Nicholas and the Virgin Mary is
like a pearl laid in the valley of the stream Kobiljanski potok (Slovenia). According to a legend, it originally belonged to the Knights Templars, but the truth about this remains in the veil of mystery.

The rotunda was altered in 1845–46. The present, mainly reconstructed, Romanesque form was restored after extensive conservation and
restoration works in the year 1956.
