Description

Reverse side of 100 ruble denomination Russian paper money printed in 1997 - the current currency of the Russian Federation. The image is of the facade of the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow. The obverse side carries an image of the Quadriga statue - a four horse chariot - in front of the Bolshoi Theater. Printed in Slavic language, the currency is minted in Moscow and St. Petersburg on high quality light pink cotton paper with multi-colored security fibers chaotically embedded throughout, plus watermarks in the right and left coupon fields. There are approximately 30 rubles to the U.S. dollar.
