Charleston, SC, USA - March 12, 2011: A stained glass window depicting the resurrection of Jesus Christ is located in the Cathedral of St. John the Baptist in downtown Charleston. The Cathedral began construction in 1890 and opened in 1907. The stained glass windows were created by Franz Mayer & Co. (Mayer & Co. of Munich), a German stained glass design and manufacturing company, based in Munich, Germany, Their stained glass windows are found in hundreds of cathedrals and churchs throughout the world. The resurrection of Jesus Christ is celebrated on Easter Sunday in Christian religions.
