Rochester, New York State, USA - February 10, 2008: Supporters of the local Polar Bear Plunge charity event wade through frigid Lake Ontario surf in February to raise money for the Special Olympics - an annual event now in its thirteenth year. It takes place at Ontario Beach Park and is sponsored heavily by local businesses, with rotating hosts. Participants may dress as they choose!
