Description
The flag pole of Tarboche is changed annually in a religion ceremony. The table-top rock is among the most sacred sky burial sites for the Tibetan.

Mount Kailash is one of Asia's most sacred mountains. For the Tibetan, the mountain is known as Gang Rinpoche is the most sacred among the 24 holy mountains.

The Tantric Buddhists believe that Kailash is the home of the Buddha Demchok who represents supreme bliss.
