A Trig Marker on the Hope Saddle, near Glenhope in New Zealand's Tasman Region. There is a walk to the Trig Marker with a viewpoint out to the distant Nelson Lakes National Park Ranges.

The physical component of New Zealand's geodetic system is a network of control marks that serve as physical reference points. A number of these marks are black and white Trig Beacons, or Trig Points, seen on the tops of Hills and Mountains.
