A veiled chameleon is sitting on a dead branch.

Veiled chameleons are aggressive tree-living lizards that catch insect prey.

Their eyes can look in two directions at once and swivel almost 180 degrees. They have hands that work like human hands and their prehensile tail works as another hand as well.

They can become a color similar to their surroundings, but color changes usually show a change in emotional state. Veiled chameleons are native to Yemen and southern Saudi Arabia. They have long, sticky tongues that can extend up to 2 times the length of their body.
