London, England - April 6, 2011: A view along Villiers Street, central London, from Charing Cross station. This dark and narrow little street leads from the Strand past Charing Cross station down to the Embankment and is a busy thoroughfare at most times. The street was built in the 1670s by Nicholas Bourbon on the site of York House, which belonged to George Villiers, Duke of Buckingham.
Description
