New York, NY, USA - September 8, 2011: Three days before the 10th anniversary of the September 11 tragedy, construction workers with cranes work to complete the One World Trade Center tower on the Ground Zero construction site. In this view looking west and up from the intersection of Church Street and Cortlandt Street in Lower Manhattan, One World Trade Center is on the left with two cranes atop its tower, Seven World Trade Center which is completed is on the right. In the distant background are buildings of the World Financial Center Plaza along the Hudson River. The flag in the foreground is attached to the building that houses the Century 21 department store at 22 Cortlandt St. The cranes in the foreground are working in the areas where the National September 11 Memorial Plaza and WTC Transport Hub are located. The lower building on the right houses the US Post Office on Vesey Street. One of many security cameras in the area can be seen projecting from the Century 21 store wall.
