Description

For the Web, this clip is a Flash CS 4 animation, in Action Script 3. Two atoms, sodium and chlorine, form an ionic bond. The sodium atom loses an electron, and the chlorine atom gains one. Scientists can't predict the position of an electron at any given moment.

A potential buyer might be interested in what happens to the smallest parts of matter, for example, atoms and molecules, and also in what they represent, that nothing is as it appears.
