Howto:

1. Open the file with Macromedia MX or newer.
2. On the right side of the screen, out of the frame, you will see the picture. Double click it, and change, frame by frame the pictures you want to put in your slide
3. Change the movie width and height to fit your photos
4. that's it. Run it, and it'll work.
