"El despertar de la naturaleza"(The awakening of nature). Sculpture of Juan De Pari (1857-1931). Artwork under public domain. Historical monument and cultural heritage of Buenos Aires city. Artwork installed at the Municipal Botanical Garden.

This work is National Heritage. Represents the disrupted sleep of two girls, one standing and other kneeling, with her beauty that vibrate the environment.
It opened on October 5, 1938. The municipality bought the cast in 1931, after death of its author. This reproduction in white Carrara marble dating 1938.
Juan De Pari was born in Milan, Italy in 1857 and died in 1931. He came to our country in 1886.
