Description

Mount Shasta 14,179 ft is located at the southern end of the Cascade Range in Siskiyou County, California. It is the 5th highest peak in California. It is of volcanic origin and last erupted in 1786. It is part of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest and open for recreation. Here seen from a local golf course
