These velcro rank insignia patches were designed for use with the United States Army Combat Uniform (ACU). Rank from left to right are: Army First Sergeant, Sergeant First Class and Sergeant.

The reverse American flag velcro patch is designed to be worn so that the the star field faces forward, giving the effect that the flag is flying in the breeze as the soldier moves forward.
