The Eden Project is one of the UK's top gardens and conservation tourist attractions. As it is said that the Eden Project only permits images of the grounds and structures to be licensed as Rights Managed, such content is not suitable for the RF collection.

The CIty of Beverly Hills and the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce are the owners of the trademarked sign. Written permission and licensing must be obtained from the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce prior to any use. As a result, we cannot accept such imagery into the RF collection

Wales Millennium Centre

Photography and video of the Wales Millennium Centre (interior and exterior) for commercial purposes requires authorization from the WMC, there are fees involved and usage must be approved by the WMC.

As we license all content under a broad Royalty-Free license, we cannot offer imagery of the WMC for royalty-free commercial use.

The Art Wall is an art project personally undertaken by Herbert Dreiseitl, and an element which thrives on the polarity between the sites industrial past and the purity of its new nature.

A property release should be obtained prior to submitting any images that feature the Art Wall.

Commercial photography / filming of the grounds requires appropriate fees to be paid (calculated on end uses), and permit(s) to be obtained.

As approvals of imagery taken for commercial purposes are tracked and managed by the City of the Arts and Sciences itself, such content should not be submitted to the RF collection.

No person shall operate for commercial purposes any camera, video recording device, movie camera, or any similar device upon any vehicle or premises of the Commission without authorization.
