Three eye charts : Snellen, Tibetan and color blindness.

Two of these charts are very well known in our civilization, but one is not : The Tibetan Eye Chart was first introduced, centuries ago, by monks to give the necessary corrective exercises and stimulation to the muscles and nerves of the optical system.

Here is how it works : touch the tip of nose to the center spot on the chart. With head still, move the eyes clockwise to and around each dot until the starting point is reached. Repeat the movement in a counterclockwise direction. Once the eyes have strengthened, follow the edges of each arm of the figure both in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
