This is the ninth in the series of William Blake's Illustrations of the Book of Job. It is a series of twenty-two engraved prints by Blake illustrating the biblical Book of Job.
It says on the bottom of the engraving
"London. Published as the Act directs March 8:1825 by Willm. Blake No3 Fountain Court Strand proof"
