Description
St Nicholas parish church in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, with part of its crowded graveyard. The church was founded by Herbert de Losinga in 1101 and is the largest parish church in England. In 2011 it was designated a Minster Church and is now known as the Minster Church of St Nicholas. From ‘The Boy’s Own Paper’ 1879-80, a British newspaper for boys which was at that time published by the Religious Tract Society and which featured stories, heroic deeds, facts, educational items and illustrations.
