The terms of this policy apply to all personal data collected by iStockphoto on the website istockphoto.com and other country-specific iStockphoto websites which may be linked to istockphoto.com. Your U.S. State Data Privacy Rights

Note that we have provided the information described in (2)-(5) in this privacy statement. With respect to (6), note that depending on where you reside, you may have a right to opt out from future “sales” or “sharing” of personal information. Certain U.S State laws require us to describe the categories of personal information we sell to or share with third parties and how to opt out of future sales or sharing. These laws define personal information to include internet or other electronic network activity information which includes identifiers, such as IP addresses, cookies IDs, and mobile IDs. Certain of these laws also define a “sale” or “share” broadly to include simply making data available to third parties in some cases.

We will update our processes, disclosures, and this Privacy Policy as these implementing rules are finalized, and as otherwise necessary.
