Description
"Tewkesbury, a historic town which stands at the confluence of the River Severn and the River Avon, has long had a tradition of flour milling. The old flour mill known as Abbey Mill is thought to have foundations dating from the 12th Century, when the River Avon was diverted through the town. The present building was built in 1793. Image taken on a bright and breezy summers day.More of my images from around Britain in this lightbox:"
