Description

Ewe of the hardy Old Norwegian Sheep breed in natural rocky landscape on the West Coast of Norway. The Old Norwegian Sheep breed has been built up from the remnants of the original national stock which existed in Norway (and some other in parts of Europe) 3000 years ago. The sheep are light weighted, fast moving and hardy - staying outside all year. The ewes give birth to one or two lambs at a time, depending on the availability of food.
